Behind the "scenes"

    Hey, you, yeah, you! 

    Are you curious who is running the behind the scenes? Well, Skylar Wilkerson is who! Who is that you may ask? Well, he is a student currently enrolled at Linn-Benton Community College in Albany, Oregon. Currently, he is taking a journalism class, which is why he created this blog in the first place. 

    Skylar enjoys quite a few different things, like surfing (the top of his favorite things above all), hiking, running, finding crazy or bizarre facts about Oregon or the Willamette Valley, playing his favorite games, like Among Us or Battlefront 2 (2017), or some R&R with friends or family. As a kid, Skylar still plays around with his former, or for lack of better words, "dormant" hobby of trains. Of course, over the year his interest have changed, but it still remains a favorite of his and keeping up-to-date with the local railroad companies and even going as far as being a contributor to a website updated monthly.

    Skylar also has 3 ducks, whose names are Fern, Mali (both are Mallards), and Quappy (Pekin). Along with a dog named Hardy and a lazy cat named Eleven. Skylar also plans to pursue Oceanography after LBCC and is taking this class to strengthen his journalism skills, but also writing skills, too. If he had 3 goals, it would be to be a better writer, have trust that maybe not please everyone with both words or writing, and also get better at surfing! I hope you follow along with his journey!
